Please read before your appointment

• No caffeinated drink before your appointment. Caffeine will cause flutter eyes which it extremely difficult to lash.
• Please remove eyes makeup and wash your lashes before the appointment. The fee to clean the eyes is $5.
• No additional guest allowed.
• You cannot wet your lashes within 24 hours after the eyelash extensions.

Deposit

Deposit is $30, payable to Yen-Luu (Venmo).

Late

$10 late fee will be applied if you are 15 minutes late. Anything more than 15 minutes may have to be rescheduled.

Rescheduling & cancellation

Cancellation must be made 24 hours in advance.  Otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited. For rescheduling, we charge $15.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Refund

All payments/services are NONREFUNDABLE. If you get a reaction, I will remove it for free.
